At Kwik Tan we are committed to ensuring that we provide our customers with a safe place to enjoy their tanning session. In light of the current situation, we have introduced the following procedures to ensure customer safety. We ask that these procedures are followed on each visit:

To make you feel as comfortable as possible ahead of your visit, here's a summary of what to expect when you do visit us:


  • You may need to wait a few moments before entering the salon to help us maintain a safe number of customers inside. Please refer to the markings on the floor too – these will indicate where to stand to ensure a safe distance is kept
  • Where shared entrances (with Admiral) apply, please inform a member of the team that you are visiting Kwik Tan
  • If all sunbed rooms are occupied, you will be handed a pager (that will be cleaned before and after every use). You will then be able to wait in the near vicinity, without having to queue. Your pager will buzz when a room is available


  • Once inside, you'll be asked to wash your hands; please wash your hands before and after using the purchase point
  • Please ensure you keep a 2-meter distance between yourself and others, where possible, throughout the salon
  • Clean the sunbed and all other touchpoints before and after use
  • Toilets will remain open and hand sanitiser stations will be positioned in every sunbed room. We kindly ask that you regularly wash your hands throughout your visit
  • Please be kind and remain extra patient with our staff
